Yes. Payments are made through established mobile money platforms (Airtel Money and M-Pesa) which have their own security protocols. Admin Mary confirms every payment personally and provides a connection confirmation receipt. Your financial details are never stored on our website or shared with third parties.
Contact your mobile money provider immediately to request a reversal. Also contact Admin Mary with the transaction details so she is aware. The correct Airtel Money number is 0738871048. If you sent to a similar number by mistake, your provider may be able to reverse the transaction within 24 hours.

Connection Questions
Basic connections take 48-72 hours from payment confirmation. Prominent clients get priority matching within 24-48 hours. International connections typically take 3-7 business days due to the enhanced screening required for cross-border matches. These are average timelines and can vary based on your specific preferences and profile availability.
Absolutely. After payment, Admin Mary will ask about your preferences including age range, location, type of connection (sugar mummy, sugar daddy), personality preferences, and any other specifics. The more detailed you are about what you want, the better she can match you. She has a database of thousands of verified profiles to search through.
First, wait 48 hours as people have different schedules. If there is still no response, contact Admin Mary. She will follow up with the match and if they remain unresponsive, she will provide a re-match at no extra cost. Re-match allowances depend on your package: Basic gets 1 within 14 days, Prominent gets up to 2, and International gets up to 3.
Yes. Every package includes a re-match guarantee. If your match does not respond, if the match does not fit what was described, or if there is a clear compatibility issue, Admin Mary will find you a new match. Basic includes 1 re-match, Prominent includes up to 2, and International includes up to 3. Re-matches are not provided when a connection was made but the relationship simply did not develop as hoped.
Yes. Every profile goes through Admin Mary’s verification process which includes phone verification (personal contact), photo verification (confirmed recent photos), and for premium clients, ID verification (National ID or passport). Yes, through our International package (KES 3,550). This gives you access to verified profiles in Dubai, Qatar, the UK, the US, Canada, Europe, and the global East African diaspora. Admin Mary facilitates the introduction and provides safety guidance for in-person meetings, but the actual meeting logistics are between you and your match. If your match does not align with what you requested, contact Admin Mary for a re-match. She takes feedback seriously and uses it to improve your next match. If the issue is more serious (fake profile, safety concern), she will investigate immediately and provide a free re-match regardless of your package terms. Privacy and Safety Questions
Never. Your details are shared only with your specific match and only with your explicit consent. We do not post profiles publicly on the website, social media, or anywhere else. Your privacy is protected at all times. For additional discretion, the Prominent and International packages offer VIP discreet handling.
Our three-step verification includes: (1) Phone Verification where Admin Mary personally contacts each person via call, WhatsApp, or Telegram, (2) Photo Verification where recent photos are confirmed with timestamped selfies for premium profiles, and (3) ID Verification for Prominent and International clients where National ID or passport is checked. Report immediately to Admin Mary on WhatsApp with screenshots. She will investigate, take action against the reported profile, and provide you with a free re-match. All scam reports are taken seriously and acted upon within hours. Remember: Admin Mary never asks for additional money on behalf of a match.

Refund Questions
Yes, in eligible circumstances. Refunds are granted if the service was not delivered within the promised timeline, if a provided profile was fake due to admin error, for double payments, or technical payment errors. Refunds are not granted if you changed your mind after being connected, if the match did not meet personal expectations, or if you did not respond to Admin Mary within 7 days. Contact Admin Mary with your payment reference and reason for the refund request. She will review it within 48 hours. If approved, the refund is processed via the same payment method within 7 business days. Before processing a refund, Admin Mary will always offer a re-match as an alternative.
Refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours of submission. If approved, the refund is sent via the same payment method (Airtel Money or M-Pesa) within 7 business days. The total process from request to receipt is typically 3-10 business days.
This is extremely rare given our verification process, but if it happens, report it to Admin Mary immediately. She will investigate, and if a fake profile slipped through our screening (admin error), you are eligible for both a full refund and a free re-match. We take this very seriously because our reputation depends on providing genuine connections.
