Common Quick Fixes

Airtel Money payments are typically verified within 1-2 hours. If it has been more than 3 hours, send your payment confirmation SMS or screenshot to Admin Mary on WhatsApp with your name and the package you purchased.

Give your match 48 hours to respond. People have different schedules. If after 48 hours there is no response, contact Admin Mary and she will follow up with the match or provide a re-match as per your package terms.

Simply contact Admin Mary on Telegram or Telegram with your updated preferences. If you have not yet been matched, your preferences will be updated immediately. If you have already been matched, this may count as one of your re-match opportunities depending on your package.

For Airtel Money, you will receive a confirmation SMS immediately after the transaction. Take a screenshot and send it to Admin Mary. If you did not receive a confirmation, check your Airtel Money balance or dial *334# to view your transaction history.
