How to Choose the Right Package

Not sure which package is right for you? Here is a quick guide:

  • Basic (KES 650): Choose this if you are trying the service for the first time, you are on a budget, or you want a local Kenyan connection. You get one verified match with 7-day support.
  • Prominent (KES 1,550): Choose this if you want faster matching (24-48 hours), multiple match suggestions (up to 3), or cross-county connections within Kenya. Includes Admin Mary’s personal consultation and 30-day support.
  • International (KES 3,550): Choose this for connections in Dubai, the UK, US, Canada, Europe, or the Kenyan diaspora. Includes video call introductions, travel advisory, and 60-day support.

How to Send Payment

Airtel Money Kenya (Primary Method)

  1. On your Airtel line, dial *334#
  2. Select option Send Money
  3. Enter recipient number: 0738871048
  4. Enter the amount: 650 (Basic), 1550 (Prominent), or 3550 (International)
  5. Enter your Airtel Money PIN
  6. Review and confirm the transaction

You will receive a confirmation SMS. Screenshot it and send to Admin Mary on WhatsApp or Telegram.

Safaricom M-Pesa

For M-Pesa payments, contact Admin Mary G directly to request the Safaricom number. She will provide it via Telegram or Telegram.

From Tanzania

Use Airtel Money cross-border transfer to send to Kenya number 0738871048. If you use Vodacom M-Pesa or Tigo Pesa, contact Admin Mary for alternative local instructions. Payments from Tanzania are processed within 2-4 hours.

From Uganda

Use Airtel Money cross-border transfer to Kenya number 0738871048. If you use MTN Mobile Money, contact Admin Mary for local alternatives. Ugandan payments typically process within 2-4 hours.

International Payments

For wire transfers, Western Union, or other international payment methods, contact Admin Mary G directly for instructions.

What Happens After Payment

  1. Admin Mary confirms your payment (usually within 1-2 hours for Airtel)
  2. She contacts you on Telegram or Telegram to discuss your preferences
  3. She searches her database for compatible, verified matches
  4. You receive your match introduction via Telegram or Telegram
  5. Ongoing support begins as per your package timeline

Connection Process Guide

  • Basic Package: First match within 48-72 hours of payment confirmation
  • Prominent Package: Priority matching within 24-48 hours
  • International Package: International matches within 3-7 business days (due to enhanced screening)

How Matching Works

Admin Mary does not use algorithms. She personally reviews your preferences against her database of verified profiles and hand-picks matches based on compatibility, location, age preferences, and connection type. This personal approach means better quality matches than any automated system.

What If Your Match Does Not Respond

Give your match 48 hours to respond. If after 48 hours there is still no response, contact Admin Mary. She will either follow up with the match or provide a re-match according to your package terms (Basic: 1 re-match within 14 days, Prominent: up to 2, International: up to 3).

Re-match Policy

Each package includes a re-match guarantee. A re-match is provided when:

  • Your match does not respond within 48 hours
  • The match does not meet the verified description provided
  • There is a clear compatibility mismatch (Admin Mary’s assessment)

Re-matches are not provided when a connection was made but the relationship simply did not develop as hoped.

Safety and Privacy Summary

Your safety is our top priority. Key protections include:

  • All profiles are verified before introductions
  • Your personal details are never shared without your consent
  • Discreet handling available (Prominent and International packages)
  • Report any suspicious behaviour to Admin Mary immediately

Troubleshooting Common Issues

First, check your timeline expectations (Basic: 48-72hrs, Prominent: 24-48hrs). If the expected time has passed, send your payment confirmation to Admin Mary on WhatsApp with your name and package type. Airtel Money payments are verified within 1-2 hours but matching takes additional time.

Wait 48 hours. People have different schedules and may not check messages immediately. If there is no response after 48 hours, contact Admin Mary for a follow-up or re-match. Do not repeatedly message someone who is not responding.

Contact Admin Mary on Telegram or Telegram with your updated preferences. If you have not been matched yet, changes are made immediately at no cost. After matching, preference changes may use one of your re-match opportunities.

Review our refund policy to check eligibility. If eligible, contact Admin Mary with your payment details and reason. Refunds are processed within 7 business days via the same payment method. We always offer re-matching as an alternative first.

Contact Admin Mary immediately. If you want your information removed from the platform, she will process your request within 48 hours. For discreet handling or anonymous connections, consider upgrading to the Prominent or International package. Read our privacy policy for full details.
