1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sugar Mummies Connect (the “Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. About Our Service

Sugar Mummies Connect is an admin-facilitated connection service operated by Admin Mary G. Our service involves personal matchmaking and facilitated introductions between individuals seeking sugar mummy, sugar daddy, and international connections. We are not a dating app, social network, or escort service. We facilitate introductions between consenting adults based on their stated preferences.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome from our introductions. While we have facilitated over 200,000 successful connections, individual results depend on many factors beyond our control, including mutual chemistry, personal effort, and communication between matched parties.

3. Eligibility

To use Sugar Mummies Connect, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide truthful and accurate information about yourself
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time.

4. User Conduct

When using Sugar Mummies Connect, you agree to:

• Provide honest and accurate information about yourself and your intentions
• Treat all individuals you are connected with respectfully and with dignity
• Not engage in harassment, abuse, threats, or intimidation of any kind
• Not use the service for illegal purposes, prostitution, or human trafficking
• Not attempt to defraud other members or Admin Mary G
• Not share or distribute the personal information of other members without their consent
• Not impersonate another person or provide false identity documents
• Not use the Platform to promote commercial activities without our consent
• Report any suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent behaviour to Admin Mary G immediately

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of your access to our services without refund.

5. Payment Terms

Our services require payment of a one-time fee based on the package selected:

• Basic Connection: KES 650
• Prominent Connection: KES 1,550
• International Connection: KES 3,550

Payments are accepted via Airtel Money Kenya (0738871048), Safaricom M-Pesa (contact Admin Mary for number), and other methods as communicated by Admin Mary G. All payments are confirmed personally by Admin Mary before services begin.

Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated on the Platform and will not affect packages already purchased.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under specific circumstances as outlined in our Refund Policy. In summary, refunds may be granted for service non-delivery within promised timelines, verified fake profiles (admin error), double payments, or technical payment errors. We always offer re-matching as a first alternative to refunds.

7. Connection Process

After payment confirmation, Admin Mary G will contact you to discuss your preferences and begin the matching process. Timelines vary by package (Basic: 48-72 hours, Prominent: 24-48 hours, International: 3-7 business days). Both parties must consent to the introduction before details are shared. Re-matching is available as per package terms if the initial match does not work out.

We do not control or take responsibility for what happens after an introduction is made. The development of any relationship is the sole responsibility of the individuals involved.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect, store, and use personal information only as necessary to provide our services. We never sell your data to third parties. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sugar Mummies Connect website and app, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sugar Mummies Connect and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sugar Mummies Connect, Admin Mary G, and our team shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
• Any loss or damage resulting from interactions with other members
• The conduct, actions, or statements of any person you are connected with through our service
• Any financial loss, emotional distress, or physical harm resulting from connections facilitated through our platform
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for your connection package.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sugar Mummies Connect is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality of matches, the success of any connection, the accuracy of information provided by other members, or the uninterrupted availability of our services.

While we verify profiles to the best of our ability, we cannot guarantee the absolute truthfulness of all information provided by members. Users are encouraged to exercise their own judgement and follow our safety guidelines.

12. User-Generated Content

Any testimonials, reviews, or feedback you provide to Sugar Mummies Connect may be used on our website and marketing materials. By providing such content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, modify, and display your content. We will anonymise your full name (using first name and last initial) unless you explicitly consent to full name usage.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. You may also request termination of your account and data deletion at any time by contacting Admin Mary G.

Upon termination, you forfeit any remaining services under your package. Refunds upon termination are at our sole discretion, except where termination is due to our failure to deliver services as promised.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact Admin Mary G directly to attempt an amicable resolution. Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any formal legal proceedings shall be conducted in Nairobi, Kenya.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the website or via direct message to active clients. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
